We have partnered with a global biotech company in Stevenage that has created a pioneering cancer therapy. They are embarking on an exciting journey of growth, that will involve the improvement of their IT capabilities, processes and infrastructure through several key hires.

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer has a real opportunity to help shape the future of technology, drive the maturity of the environment, and lead key projects.

- Review and improvement to infrastructure architecture
- Zscaler implementation and other key technology integrations
- New site fit-outs and site expansion
- Azure optimisation

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience developing and managing hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments
• Demonstrable Azure implementation and optimisation experience
• Understanding of Azure protocols and how best to manage and configure them to support cloud services.
• Management and optimisation of Office365 and Active Directory services, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable network resources and user identity management.
• Maintain and oversee the lifecycle management of Compute platforms and services.
• Create and maintain (HLDs) High-Level Designs and (LLDs) Low-Level Designs, and other related support documentation.
• Experience creating (DR) Disaster Recovery plans
• Collaborate with Vendors and oversee lifecycle management of Compute platforms.
• Demonstrable experience managing Windows and Linux Servers
• Demonstrable experience with Network infrastructure / Network protocols (SMTP, NTP, DNS) etc.
