We are partnering with a global Biotech company in Stevenage, which is pioneering cutting-edge cancer therapies. With the success of their life-saving treatments, the company is making several key hires to ensure they have an IT environment that is robust and ready to scale.

As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will create a user-centric vision for improving IT services across different department personas. You will drive service delivery maturity, implement robust processes, and be an essential contributor to the company’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities/Experience:
-Experience with the following tech; O365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID etc.
-Lead a high-performing IT Service Desk team, managing and mentoring team members to foster growth and development.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
-Develop and implement service desk policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring consistent and high-quality support.
-Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to align IT service activities with organizational goals.
-Act as the key point of contact for vendors, taking ownership of vendor management, including selection, onboarding, and offboarding.
-Lead the implementation of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools to enhance service management capabilities.
