nufuture has partnered with a global business that has five core business units in the UK. Previously, their IT functions operated independently, but a business transformation has brought these teams together to create a streamlined shared service environment.
We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead, manage, and improve IT services across the business. You will work closely with both IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure that IT services meet the needs of the organisation while driving efficiencies and service excellence.
This transformation presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of IT service delivery across the organisation.
A project you will be involved with is the customisation and implementation of a new ITSM tool.
Due to the scale of the business, there are plenty of progression opportunities, you could transition into - Security or Project Management for example.
Key Responsibilities/Experience;
-We need someone who prioritises customer service
-Day to day management of the Service Desk operations and vendor
-ITIL Foundation accreditation and practical hands-on experience
-With a focus on Service Operations and Service Transition: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
-Act as the point of contact for escalations
-Running Change Management meetings/raising changes
