Support Analyst
Salary & Benefits: £32,000 to £40,000 +Share Options, Medical, Training Budget, 25 Days Annual Leave
nufuture has partnered with a global business that has five core business units in the UK. Previously, their IT functions operated independently, but a business transformation has brought these teams together to create a streamlined shared service environment.
We are seeking an onsite Support Analyst to provide escalated support to end users, based in Horsham.
You will work closely with IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure that IT services meet the needs of the organisation while driving high levels of customer service.
This organisation have a highly collaborative environment, actively promotes knowledge sharing and encourages professional and personal development. And because of the scale of the business, there are plenty of progression opportunities, you could transition into the following teams: Security, Infrastructure and Project Management for example.
You will need to pass a finance and a criminal background check as you will be working on government contracts.
Key Responsibilities/Experience:
-Ensure that customer service and experience are at the forefront of everything you do
-Logging, prioritising, documenting and actively resolving escalated tickets
-Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion.
-Have a background in Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune and Azure.
-Basic Networking experience
-Evaluate documented resolutions and analyse trends for ways to prevent future problems
-Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future ICT hardware needs
-Record, track and document the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
-Management of new starter/leavers in Azure for FDIS
