We’ve partnered with a pioneering biotech company in Oxford that is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer.

You will lead the scale of their IT capabilities, they need a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead major projects and drive technical excellence.

In this role, you’ll work alongside the Infra Manager to deliver critical initiatives, including Azure optimisation, site expansions, and several upgrades and key implementation. You’ll have room to make decisions, drive change, and build a strong technical foundation—without micromanagement.

Key Projects You’ll Drive:

• Optimising Azure services and protocols for peak performance.
• Overseeing site expansions and fit-outs.
• Designing and improving infrastructure architecture.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Proven Azure implementation and optimisation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure protocols and configurations.
• Expertise managing Office365 and Active Directory services.
• Experience maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (SMTP, NTP, DNS, etc.).
• Skilled in creating HLDs, LLDs, and disaster recovery plans.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and managing lifecycle processes.
