"I was given John’s details by a colleague who was impressed with the candidates he had provided him. John has filled two roles for me recently, which were positions that I had struggled to fill for some time.  The candidates provided are of a high calibre and John is willing to go the extra mile.  When a candidate’s car broke down on the way to an interview with me, John personally went out and collected him and delivered him to the interview to ensure the appointment was kept. John maintains contact with me on a regular basis but does not call me unnecessarily.
