What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT Service Desk team, supporting their development and success.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and enhance the user experience.
• Develop and implement service desk policies and best practices for consistent, high-quality support.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure IT services align with business goals.
• Own vendor relationships, including selection, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Lead the rollout of ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool to improve service management.

Skills You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience with O365, Azure, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• A track record of leading and developing IT support teams.
• Experience driving service improvements that make a real difference.
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Confidence implementing ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
